Yes, we do. Weekly we restock our shops with new products or repeat the ones we have sold and quarterly procure new stocks for inventory.

Compare your kids age with the product size. For example, if your kid is 5 in a normal body shape, take a size 5 or size 6 (a bit bigger). Remember, kids grow very fast, and not all kids at the same age are in the same shape. Pre-purchase fitting is important, or at least know the products measurements and make a judgement accordingly.
No, we cannot. Our sizes are just for reference. Understandably, an item fitting one kid does not mean it will fit another of the same age. If you want to buy a right dress that fits your kid perfectly, a pre-purchase fitting at our shops is extremely important.

Yes, we do. While most of our products cater to children—girls aged 3 months to 16 years and boys aged 3 months to 18 years—we also offer a selection of ball dresses for young adults, available in specific shops.

Yes, but only for offline sales – a 30% non-refundable deposit is required, and one month time is allowed for layby pick up. BTW, we do Afterpay, too, allowing customers to take the products home when they have paid the first quarter of the product price.

Briefly, product return is accepted for exchange within 7 days after your purchase. No refund. Receipts must be presented for exchange. For more details, please check with the shop or inbox us by facebook.
We accept, for exchange, items that are returned to us within 7 days after your purchase in their original condition (with all tags attached) – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of dirt, stains, damages, body odour, cigarette smoke, unmistakable restaurant odour or perfume by the customer. Payment Receipts are required.
Under normal circumstances, 7 days time is long enough for a fitting. Our 7-day exchange policy can also better protect the interest of most of our customers. Under particular circumstances, customers may ask us for extra exchange time, and we’ll put special remarks on the receipt if we agree. We handle exchanges according to the receipts.
- If your item does not fit or you change your mind, bring it back to the shop for exchange within 7 days after your purchase in their original condition (with all tags attached). Receipts must be presented for exchange.
- If the item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. On inspection and/or product testing, if we deem the fault to be due to misuse, we may not issue a replacement or exchange.
- Due to the delicate nature of partywear, we are unable to accept returns of any damaged item of intact partywear sold here at our shops. We kindly ask our customers to thoroughly inspect their selected items before completing their purchase.
