Yes, we do. We restock our shops weekly with new arrivals or popular items that were previously sold out. Additionally, we bring in new inventory roughly every month to refresh our collection.

You can start by comparing your child’s age with the product size. For example, if your child is 5 years old and has an average build, a size 5 or 6 (slightly bigger) would usually work. For kids with a fuller build or rounder body shape, we recommend trying two more sizes up for a more comfortable fit. Keep in mind that kids grow quickly, and body shapes vary—even among children of the same age. We recommend trying items on before purchase if possible, or at least checking the product measurements to make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit. Our sizing is provided as a general reference only. Understandably, children of the same age can have very different body shapes. For the best fit, we strongly recommend visiting our shops for a pre-purchase fitting.

Yes, we do. While most of our products cater to children—girls aged 3 months to 16 years and boys aged 3 months to 18 years—we also offer a selection of ball dresses for young adults, available in specific shops.

Yes, but only for offline sales – a 30% non-refundable deposit is required, and one month time is allowed for layby pick up. BTW, we do Afterpay, too, allowing customers to take the products home when they have paid the first quarter of the product price.

Not all of our products are listed online—only a selection from our full collection. Many new arrivals sell out so quickly that we don’t always have time to photograph and upload them. Also, we’ve found that some products that don’t stand out in photos can be surprisingly stunning in person. The way a product moves, catches the light, or feels to the touch can be hard to capture on screen. We strongly recommend customers visit us in-store to see the full range and experience the true beauty of our products firsthand.

Not necessarily. This platform is intended for product display rather than direct sales, so some items may already be out of stock. If you’re interested in a particular product, feel free to message us via Facebook for assistance.

Please message us through facebook. We take online orders and organise delivery for any order of $50 min (plus $18 postage – NZ Post overnight delivery)

Currently, we only deliver within New Zealand.

The same day or the following working day if the post office is open.

Our couriers NZ POST delivery target the next working day.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as shipping is handled by third-party couriers and may be subject to delays beyond our control.

Shipping is $18 for most parcels, which typically require a large courier bag, or $14 for smaller parcels that fit into a medium bag. All parcels are normally sent via NZ Post with overnight delivery.

By online banking. If you confirm which products you want to buy, we will advise you a specific bank A/C for payment.

Briefly, product return is accepted for exchange within 7 days of purchase. No refund is allowed. The orignal receipt must be presented for exchange. For more details, please check with the shop or inbox us by facebook.

A one-time exchange will be honoured for full-priced items returned within 7 days of purchase in their original condition (with all tags attached) – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of dirt, stains, damage, body odour, cigarette smoke, strong restaurant odours, or perfume. The orginal payment receipt is required. All sale items or sanitary items are final and not eligible for exchange.

Our standard exchange period is 7 days, which is usually enough time for fittings and helps us maintain fairness for all customers. However, in special cases, you may request an extension. If approved, we’ll note it on your receipt. Please note that all exchanges are processed based on the receipt details.

  • If your item does not fit or you change your mind, bring it back to the shop for exchange within 7 days of purchase in their original condition (with all tags attached). The original payment receipt must be presented for exchange.
  • If the item is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. On inspection and/or product testing, if we deem the fault to be due to misuse, we may not issue a replacement or exchange.
  • Due to the delicate nature of partywear, we are unable to accept returns on items that are damaged after purchase. We kindly ask customers to thoroughly inspect their selected items before completing their purchase.
